BROKER/CO-OWNERKarina is a high-energy real estate broker. A native Arlingtonian, she brings a unique perspective and understanding of Northern Virginia. She is especially knowledgeable in Metro area properties. She has expertly handled hundreds of contract negotiations and works with investors, first-time home buyers, and sellers to provide cohesive real estate experiences.
She launched Beltran and Associates Realty in 2014. B and A is a full-service boutique firm providing sales, rentals, and property management throughout Northern Virginia.
Karina is a North Arlington native and grew up with her mother’s love of real estate. She has been licensed since 2004, and in her first 2 years of selling real estate earned Top Producer status as well as membership in the elite 10+ Million Dollar Sales Club. She is also a member of the NVAR Lifetime Top Producer’s Club and NVAR’s prestigious Top Producer’s Diamond Club. She holds a B.A. degree from Dickinson College and a Master of Public Administration from George Mason University. She, her husband, and their 3 children reside in North Arlington.
