Karina Beltran Srebrow, Associate Broker/Co-Owner
Karina is a North Arlington native and grew up with her mother’s love of real estate. She has been licensed since 2004, and in her first 2 years of selling real estate earned Top Producer status as well as membership in the elite 10+ Million Dollar Sales Club. She is also a member of the NVAR Lifetime Top Producer’s Club and NVAR’s prestigious Top Producer’s Diamond Club. She holds a B.A. degree from Dickinson College and a Master of Public Administration from George Mason University. She, her husband, and their 3 children reside in North Arlington.

Karina specializes in first time home buyer sales, property management and rentals. She is especially knowledgeable in Metro area properties. She has expertly handled hundreds of contract negotiations. Carter Hagen, REALTOR
Born in Washington, DC, Carter grew-up in Arlington where he attended Washington-Lee High School. After graduating from the University of Virginia, he spent almost three decades in airline management. Upon retiring in 2006, Carter began a second career in residential real estate sales and has been involved in hundreds of successful transactions since then. Carter currently resides in Rosslyn.
